إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ سَيَجْعَلُ لَهُمُ الرَّحْمَـٰنُ وُدًّا
“Verily, those who believe [in the Oneness of Allah and in His Messenger (Muhammad)] and work deeds of righteousness, the Most Beneficent (Allah) will bestow love for them (in the hearts of the believers).” [Surah Maryam (19) : 96]
What do we learn from this ayah (verse)?
Well, we learn that all those techniques that we use to try to be popular won’t work.
Subhan Allah, we try so hard to get accepted by people but the irony is that if we really want to get accepted by the people, then we need to worship Allah alone and we need to worship Him sincerely i.e. we don’t do these acts of worship to get accepted by the people.
Something to think about, isn’t it?
Here is a short but sweet explanation of this ayah by Shaikh Abdur Razzaq Al-Abbad.
